Dealing with stress

 Today I will talk about my how to dealing with stress. I have some ideas to dealing with it but I will introduce two things.
 First,I will play games with my friends and talking with them. Playing games can forget the bad things from real life. When I talking with my friends, I will tell them what happend on me get stress. It can how to solve the problem.
 Second,I will enjoy the views and food. When I get so much stress, I will have some food and go to some quiet pace to enjoy the views. People will get relax when they have something and camping. Being in the nature is the best way to be stress free I think. Don't be too much stress, it might broke your health. Make stress free can make your life bright.
